Challenge
Dastn’s website was suffering from major UI/UX issues that affected both user engagement and search engine performance. In addition, the existing SEO implementation was ineffective, with no keyword structure, poor metadata, and little to no content alignment with search intent. The site had minimal visibility and was far from competitive in its market.
My Approach
To rebuild Dastn’s online presence, I led a comprehensive strategy that addressed both site structure and SEO foundations:
UX & Site Redesign
- Assessed the full website journey and identified UX pain points
- Worked closely with designers/developers to restructure and modernize the UI
